Question:
Can we participate if we only speak English?
Reply:
 Our Escape Games are designed so tasks can be solved regardless of language. At least 1 person must understand English.

Question:
What is a Breakout Room / Live Escape Game?
Reply:
The concept “Escape Game” has its origins from a computer game where the player is trapped in a “Escape Room” to explore surroundings and solve puzzles and riddles to get out. A “Live Escape Game” takes the same action in a physical space with you as participants. You have 60 minutes to solve the challenge and get out of the room.

What are your opening hours?
Reply:
You can reserve time in our room by appointment seven days a week from 9 to 21. You must book times in advance and preferably in good time, minimum 2-3 days before. See our: ONLINE-BOOKING.

Question:
Is it easy to park at your facilities?
Reply:
There are free parking spaces right in front of our Event Center in Rødovre.
In Copenhagen you have to pay for parking. Sunday is parking free in Copenhagen.

Question:
Who can participate in BreakoutRoom?
Reply:
Anyone can participate. Our rooms are designed for minimum 12 years and we recommend that there are always at least 1 adult in a group. There is no requirement to physics or specific knowledge and there is always a trained instructor dedicated to each room and monitors the team in the room and everything that goes on. The instructor provides hints and helps, if needed.

Question:
Can you participate if you have claustrophobia?
Reply:
Yes, there is plenty of space in the room and if someone suffers from claustrophobia, they can always get out, either by the emergency exit or by speaking to our game master, if they no longer want to be in the room.

Question:
How many participants can we be in a room?
Reply:
Our Escape Rooms are built for a specific number of participants. This ensures you the best experience! If you are more participants than the rooms capacity you should book multiple rooms.

Question:
How many participants can play at the same time simultaneously?
Reply:
In Rødovre you can be 48 participants at the same time in 75 minutes. Or max. 96 participants of approx. 3 hours with other events i.e. QuizShow or Toilet Racers.
In Copenhagen you can be 66 participants at the same time in 75 minutes. Or max. 98 participants in combination with Breakout Game: Bomb-in-a-Box

Question:
Does everybody escape in 60 minutes?
Reply:
Not every team comes out before the time is up. After 60 minutes, the door opens and if you wish, the instructor will explain what tasks you lacked to resolve to get out. Depending on group size and space about 30-50% comes out in time. All of our space is designed to take a minimum of about 45 minutes.

Question:
Is it allowed to drink alcohol?
Reply:
It is our recommendation that you are not affected by alcohol when you are in our BreakoutRoom. This will give you the best experience and it is a advantage to be able to think clearly. If you’ve got a single beer or two in the bar it is ok. We reserve the right to reject strongly influenced guests without reduction in price.

How to book and when to be paid?
Reply:
You can view available times and book one or more rooms in our ONLINE-BOOKING.

You are also welcome to call us on telephone 3871 1717 in our telephone hours: Monday to Friday 10-16. Outside telephone hours you can fill out the contact form on the side. You will then be contacted as soon as possible for agreement on booking. There must be paid prior to the event via credit card or MobilePay 13117. Cooperate customers can pay via invoice and state / public institutions can pay via EAN number.

You will always receive a written confirmation of your booking and of course a receipt and invoice once you have paid.

Questions:
Can we cancel a booked time?
Reply:
Bookings made less than 3 weeks before the event date is binding and can not be canceled or modified.
Cancellation or change of booked time must be  made online at  your account within 21 days before the event (contact us for any issue).
By cancellation later than 21 days please contact us by mail or phone, and the following will apply:
By cancellation 7-21 days prior to the event a fee of 25% of the invoice amount (min. 500, – in administration fee).
In case of cancellation 3-7 days prior to the event a fee of 50% of the invoice amount (min. 500, – in administration fee).
In case of cancellation 1-3 days before or at the day of the event, the entire invoice amount is retained.

Do you want to change or delete your booked time in current terms, please do so by logging into your account in our booking system and even make changes (contact us for any issue).
